you would need to make your own essentially, finding parts from other lift kits for other trucks that wouold work reasonably for you if you have a good welder or you can do some fabrication on your own, otherwise, your sol, and need to just get bodylift stuff
For what you pay to lift a dakota your better off to do a solid axle swap. Lifting a truck with torsion bars is ok for the dirt roads but if you want a good amount of flex and handling off road a soild axle is so much better. I think the cheapest lift they had was a 3.5 lift for 1500(last time I checked) at that price you can do a sas and be way better off.
