size of pinion seal?

I am wondering how to tell what size pinion seal i would need to replace it in the differential. its a 2001 dodge dakota sport v6 2wd. any info is great. thanks!

look in glove box only options were 8.25 or 9.25. Just a did a pinion seal last weekend and you could tell just by crawling under that the seal they sold us was wrong
