Alright what I am looking to do is drop a 4BT in my Dakota, but what I don't want to happen is that I do it and I am unable to go through emmisions. I live in Milwaukee Wi. Is there anything that I can do to get around it, Or just get exempt from it for that matter? Any input is really appreciated.

 

You will prob get a better answer out of a garage that is a inspection station. I know some areas here in pa require a emissions test,some just a visual inspection and other places just dont care. It sure was nice in my old town I had a 85 power ram with dual straight exhausts dumped before the wheels, that thing would scream!!
