My heat/def is always on, doesn't blow unless blower control is on, although it still emits heat, and directional, def, floor, mix etc, doesn't seem to switch any suggestions???

 

this is a common problem. the blend door is stuck or broken. if you do a search of the forum there is a bunch of threads on this. one of them has a do it yourself fix. the blend door is next to the gas pedal, give it a soft kick and see if it changes. it works on mine occationally.
