Screetching Noise

Hey ya'll i have a 2000 dodge dakota just turned over 89,000miles..4.7 liter..it makes a a nails on a chalk board sound every time a turn right, its a rotational sound..

any ideas? ball joint?

i have seen a couple of daks that the tie rod end is hitting the inside of the rim. i dont know how but ive seen it . the rims are all jacked up from it.
