Default Just got 2000 dodge dakota.

I just got it with 44,000 miles on it. Would just like to know what all i should replace right now and have some other dumb questions lol.
I notice the door panel says to put only 35 psi in the 44psi tires, wont this wear out the tires faster and lower gas mileage? I just wanna get the best mileage possible while driving a truck for the first time.

Don't know if you are aware of the recall for upper ball joints, but if they are still the factory ones, you should replace them right away. Moog p/n K7392 for the 4x4.

Thanks for letting me know had no clue about it, any chance you can tell me a site that list the recalls? I won't be able to take it in for almost a week. Now im really wanting to call the dealer and see if it was replaced on my truck. Its a 2x4 so not sure if recall is for mine, only notice that all the rubber bushings on the steering look shot.

www.nhtsa.gov I believe will list all recalls. I think you can put your VIN in on dodge's website to see if yours is affected too. I just poked my head around a tire and saw that the front upper ball joints were clean and the rest of the suspension had road grime all over it so I figured they'd been fixed.
