Default Tranny ID?

So I've read on what the nv3500 drain/fill plugs look like and on mine, they're 15/16" bolts, not allen wrench bolts. The drain plug is on the side to the far bottom (not the bottom like an nv3500, it's on the side) and the fill plug I think is on the opposite side.

I thought it looked like an nv3500 from the diagrams but apparently I am wrong. I'm having a hard time researching online even with my google skills. Anyone have any info?

I got a 97 dakota with a 318 but the tranny is becoming a mystery. I need some help because I need to do a fluid change. Already got some amsoil for the nv3500 but I'm afraid to do it because I don't even know what tranny I have!

PS: the factory was an nv3500 from the build sheet if anyone asks, just a little confused. I guess I can sleep a little easier now that I stuck my finger in the filler hole and found fluid, but I didn't spend $30 on 3 quarts of oil for nothing lol
