Well so far its better mpg. Going up the mtn(30 mile trip) I used exactly 1/8 of a tank today I used 3/4's of the 1/8th I normally use. So mpg isnt a huge increase but im thinking around 1 mpg (I wanna get back into the 15-16mpg range) Oh also my tranny is slipping pretty good in o/d so that will have a factor on mpg too, I really think its going to go soon. I am going to fill it up tomorrow and ill see for sure.

hey I saw your post on being on the fence with the fastman TB... it is an awesome mod for your motor. 50mm is what you want. do it for your next mod. When I took my old 5.9 gasser back to stock and put back on the stock TB it was like getting the leggs cut from beneth it... it was pretty sad.

Well a lil update! Running my 93 tune right now on 89 gas still same setup(exhaust and stat) I cant find a Y pipe anywhere around me seems like everyone is sold out of them, so exhaust is on hold. Stat is the same ill put it when I get time. My mpg seems way to good to be true on the 93 tune I used 1/8 of a tank and went like 63 miles where as I would normally use 1/4 tank lol I think my gas gauge is messed up lol. No pinging with 89 gas(actually right now its mixed with 87 so about 50/50) Only thing I did notice on 93 tune I dont shift at 5100 like I was with the 91 tune. I dont know if thats how its setup or what but on 93 it has a hell of a pull at about 1,600-1,800 rpm's. Im trying to be easy on this tank to see what my mpg is but its hard to do. So far my mpg is being sweet!!!!(knock on wood). Ill hopefully get more testing done I at least gave my truck a much needed bath this week.
