Default o2 sensor help

Hey guys, so my truck is throwing the following:
P0137 Mod10
O2 sensor
Circuit low volts
Bank 1 sensor 2

I've searched high and low yet I get varying results on which sensor that is. I think it is pre cat?

Now the second problem. I looked under there and no matter which sensor it is I can't locate the wiring harness that the senor plugs into. The wires run up so high that my hand can't reach up there, plus I can't access them from the engine compartment I must be missing something!!! ??? Thanks

PS: Its a 2004 Dak V6

Bank 1 Sensor 2 would be the O2 after the cat on the driver's side exhaust pipe. Bank 1 is the left exhaust pipe. Sensor 1 is before the cat, sensor 2 is after the cat.
Bank 2 is the right exhaust pipe. Same deal: Sensor 1 is before the cat, Sensor 2 is after the cat.

I don't know about the connectors for the downstream sensors. I replaced the upstream O2 sensors on my truck and the plug connector for the one on the left was clipped to a metal tab up on top of the transmission, if I remember it right. The plug for the downstream sensor may be on top of the trans or clipped off to the side somewhere.

Thanks, my wires do head up to the top of tranny, however I just can't reach the harness with my hand to disconnect it! Any tricks you used?

I must have short arms or have extra stuff in the way! Did you have issues reaching it?

I did have some trouble finding the plugs, but I just stuck my head up in next to the trans the best I could and followed the wire harness back with my hand. I think I had to twist the connector 90 degrees and it came loose from the metal clip. Maybe if you have an inspection mirror and a good drop light it would be easier.
