Default Truck engaging starter even without key

I have a 2000 Dakota Quadcab. When the Temp is very hot outside and the cab is hot on the inside the starter starts trying to engage by itself. sometimes you just have to hit the truck with your hand to get it to try to engage.i have to pull out the Starter relay to get it to stop. i tested the relay and it is good. even changed it out just to make sure. i did notice that termal 86 is getting power even in the off postion. not the full 12 volts but about half. once the cab is cooled down the problem goes away. anyone have suggestions.

just a quick thought, you may have a remote start in there and not know it, some of the ones i put in have a starting option when it gets to hot or cold. you would have to look under the column to see if there is a box for a remote start. just my first thought, idk.
