PA body lifts come with everything you need, it even comes with a piece of hose for your radiator i helped do one on my 99 and the worst part was for the stick 4x4 im assuming yours is stick an not a switch right? i know i had to take a few things apart to get to it. but other then that yes it comes with bumper brackets and stuff. with 2-3 people you can do it in 5 hours maybe less.

Just jack the body slowly when doing it while listening for sounds and having someone check for tight cables, brake lines, etc. They are generally pretty straight forward and i done around 10-15 body lifts, just no Dakotas. If you live in a rust prone area, go ahead and be spraying the body mount bolts with some PB Blaster or the like to make it easier on yourself.
