Default Strange turning sound???

Every now and than when I make a wide turn, or when I put my truck in reverse and turn the steering wheel (not all the way I just literally move the steering wheel and my tires were already straight) I hear this strange sound any idea of what it can be???? Im guessing its some thing with the front axle but what ??? Any input would be appreciated guys sorry for not being to specific I just don’t know how to describe it.

could be a problem with the power steering pump, maybe the gears or bearings that work it are grinding and is about ready to go out.
