Exclamation Replacing rusted/ semi damaged fender

I'm looking at replacing my driver side Fender. I already have the replacement piece but it looks liek a nightmare. I drive a Dodge Dakota 2002 4x4 V8Magnum, 4.7L Quad cab. I can see that both the Fuse Box and truck battery are bolted onto the original fender. I have no idea what I'm doing here and can not afford a body repair mechanic. Help please?

I did one on a 96 f350 once and it was a nighmare! Thing that helped me out was looking at the new fender and seeing where all the bolts and screws were.

Yea, hard to guide you through, especially since it's 2AM here and dark =P Just take it one at a time. Look at where all the bolts are, and in which order everything is in. Take pictures for yourself if you have too.
