Default Low vaccuum at idle and running very rich

So my trucks in the dodge dealer for running ****ty and then ending up stalling, They tell me its running very rich and 14 psi vaccuum or whatever, He tells me he thinks its a broken valve spring, I have noticed my truck smoking a bit blue, Starting to make a bit of sence, What do you guys think? I need to get this thing back on the road.

Sounds more like a blown belly pan gasket to me. Remove the air hat and use a flashlight to look down inside the intake thru the TB. If you see a lot of oil, the gasket is toast.

I replaced that gasket about 7 months ago, it is possible it's leaking but I don't loose a crap load of oil, like a quart every 3 -5000 miles. Truck won't even stay running it ends up so rich,

Anything is possible but it will only take a few minutes to look down inside the intake to be sure.
