4.7l ho turbo 540hp for sale
In addition to it not passing new emissions here now. I just started a family. I also have a new hobby that sucks up lots of time (kiteboarding). I really don't have the time or the desire for the truck anymore. I wont give it away though, $15k.
2003 4.7 RC, White ~50k miles, ~half on the built engine
Gemtop GT Classic & Bedrug
Reflexxions cowl hood
CCW 18x10/18x13 wheels
Viper seats
Color matched bumpers.
Complete Hotchkis (sways, springs, & Bilsteins)
Kenny Brown X-Brace
Competition Engineering Slide a Links
Viper T-56 transmission
Aluminum flywheel, 600hp clutch, McLeod & Lakewood components
Built 4.7 (HO core, forged crank, heads, etc)
AEM EMS (w/knock sensors, boost control, etc)
Crower billet rods
Ross 8.1:1 forged pistons
224/218 turbo cams
Competition Cams valve springs
Heads were ported with valve job
Turbonetics T-72 ball bearing turbo
Turbonetics Racegate
Aeromotive A1000 and Aeromotive lift pump
Custom surge tank
I'd rather sell it whole. I don't want to part it out as I no longer have the stock transmission. Bonus: I will throw in the stock engine and a set of R/T wheels if you can haul them.
It's in great shape with the exception of a few golf ball dings in the hood and roof that I'll have Dent Pro tackle. It also won't pass the plugin emissions test. You can run the truck on the AEM with boost, or on the factory PCM with the wastegate spring removed. It throws mis-fire codes with the factory PCM and turbo or stock cams. I think the lightweight flywheel fubars the mis-fire register counts in the PCM.
Anyway, if anyone is interested, I thought I'd throw it out there. It runs 15psi of boost all day on 93 octane. It dyno'd 470 uncorrected HP at 12psi of boost. So, 540-ish wheel / 600-ish crank at 15psi.

Sounds like a sweet truck! I'm kinda in the same boat as you getting rid of the dak but its more for fuel efficiency for my sake. Where are you located? I'm a pretty avid kiteboarder as well glad to see another member on here shares the same sport.
