Default Cat. response?

How well do these trucks respond to high flow cats and such? I have Flowmaster dual exhaust but was thinking of getting high flows. I know changing back pressure can effect performance in different ways. thanks in advance

dont worry about backpressure, we have a v8 not a 4 banger. changing the stock cat to a spintech highflow cat was the best exhaust mod that I have done. there used to be a dead spot in the rpm band and it blew threw that aftwards.

All I can say is dont throw a direct fit magna-crap on it.. else you will wind up like me and the whole RPM band be one big damn dead spot..
