Okay so I plan on doing some body work on my truck in the coming weeks so paint will be a must once I've started.

I've gone around to just about every body shop by me and they say they're not able to sell me the paint and clear; that I need to pay them to do it for me which I don't want to spend that kind of money when I can easily do it myself.

So has anyone found/heard of any sites that have factory paint matches?

The paint code on my truck is PX8 if this helps.

 

Call NAPA, they have a paint division that will mix and sell you paint.

 

Napa will be able to mix up almost any color you want. I've heard mixed reviews on them but they seem to be alight. I think most of the time its user error with water in the line and not cleaning the surface really good.
