2000 dakota 4x4 3.9 v6 I put on a brand new cat and 2 new oxygen sensors. Now I get this error code. What could it be from??

 

I had the same issues with my check engine light not staying off when the new parts were installed and my mechanic said that the computer needs to be cleared of all codes,then the parts installed and it then needs to be drivin for however long it takes until the computer and the o2 sensors reset and cycle themselves,it took my mechanic a couple days reseting the computer over and over again until he said "its ok to come and get it" and it has been since may and my check engine light is off and it is getting a little bit better gas millage too,hope this helps you bro....
