The thing that get`s to me the most ,, other than being stuck behind a driver on their cell phone whose speed aint anywhere close to the speed limit ,, is the drivers that want to make a left turn at a light or intersection and they take up space in both lanes and sit there blocking the straight ahead and right hand turn lane so that all the traffic behind them HAS to wait `till they turn off before they can go !!!

I'm not certain but I've heard that in CT the cops are not supposed to go after bikes if they are going fast because that will encourage the bikes to run away and potentially cause more accidents and what not and if you just leave them alone usually there is never a problem which is true. Most bike accidents occur because some idiot on the phone in changed lanes with out looking and wiped out a bike in the process.

Yeah I know here in pa its like that with atvs. They are not allowed to chase only follow. I know 2 young kids that got hit by a car because the cops were chasing them luckily they came out alive and each one had a broken leg. I've been chased before too where the cop was a foot away from my back tires. If something would of happened where I wrecked he would of ran me over for sure.

Some time ago here in Utah while chasing someone, a cop ran into someone causing serious inuries. Now if it's just something minor the cops are to use their discretion and if the public is in danger they're to break off pursuit.
