Default noises

Alright, within the past month i started getting a noise from the engine that pretty obnoxious and annoying. Its a chirping noise that speeds up and down with the rpms and usually stops a while after warm up. I thought at first that it was a lifter cause i had a tappping as well, but i tightened the lifters down and the chirping continues. Anyone who has had this problem or can help in any way please respond case it driving me crazy.

kinda sounds like tweety ird?...lol

I had the same sound coming from my fan belt system, some fan belt lubricant fixed it up great, also make sure you check your belt as well for cracks, which means time to replace them.
