i have a 2001 dodge dakota sport 4x4 and am getting a loud clicking noise from the front . it only does it when i am in motion. i replaced the cv and wheel bearing but it is still there.sounds like it may be coming from differential. not sure, need some advise.

 

mine does the same thing, but louder when i go backwards. i saw a thread on here a while back with this topic, it has something to do with a "C" clip that holds one of the shafts in. try the search section and see what you find.
