Question small coolant leak.

1998 3.9 4x4 sport

shut the truck down the other day and heard a hissing noise, i crawled under the truck and saw a small amount of coolant leaking and boiling away in between the block and the drivers side exhaust manifold. only does it under pressure and not to serious yet. could anyone shed a little more light on it for me? intake manifold? head gasket? there's no coolant in the oil or anything and i keep it topped off.

thanks

I'm experiencing the same things in recent days.

I'm told it's the intake (manifold) gasket and should be watched.

Small Coolant leak here...

id check your head gasket cause the intake sits higher and if you head gasket was leaking its right there next to your exhaust manifold

get a small wire put it under the brass plate on the rad cap, this will depressurize the rad. and/or black pepper
