I dont think they make anything its really hard getting a adapter thats 6 lug and going to 5 lug they will interfere unless you have a wide bolt pattern which dakotas dont

dont rams and dakotas use the same front unihub? But then brakes might conflict. Rear axles and brakes could be re-drilled from blanks at any good gear/axle/race shop that has a splining machine.

That would be opening a big can of worms.

OR

Some dakotas have the same 9.25 axles as the ram 1500. You could snag a 9.25 axle from a dakota (so the spring perches are correct) and put the ram 1500 rear brake package on it. You'll need a proportioning valve going from the dakota drums to ram discs. That would get you the ram lug pattern and better brakes at the same time, on the back.

If the fronts use the same unihub, get the ram unihub and get front discs re-drilled at a shop for the ram lug pattern. Unless ram and dakota just happen to use same front brakes (diameter and face offset)...which I very highly doubt.

Thats all to much work just to put ram 20's on it. Just find 20's you like a put them on there a lot easier.
