42 overdrive raito
IMO that OD, for a v6, is way the F wrong.
That said, having mine 4.10'd this week. how much change have you noticed with the V6?
". how much change have you noticed with the V6?" well first off it takes about half as much throttle to move. its easy to tell there is a lot less load on the engine. the mpg went from 9 to 13. but note this is in town only, it has NOT been on the hiway. at 35 mph the overdrive goes into overdrive and the rpm drops to 1400 rpm. cruseing at 35 mph it seams to pull the load just fine. we must remember the trans shift points havent been readjusted , i didnt think it would pull that good. and if i want go faster it moves out good, but i dodnt need to wind the eng to 5000 rpm. i find i dont need to go more than 4000 or less. i think iam as happy as i can be.

85% of my driving is city, so that's where I'm expecting the big jump. Even with Sean's SCT tune, I'm needing far less throttle, the power just comes in so much quicker now. Can't wait for gears.
0.69 * 3.55 = 2.45
0.69 * 4.10 = 2.83
small difference, but oh so big.
and really, you're un-bogging the motor, so you could actually gain MPG with the 4.10's. I know with the 3.55's, @ 55 mph my mileage is better in 3rd than in 4th. Because 55 in 4th is like 1300 RPM vs 3rd where it's more like 1600-1700.
