trialer hitch question????
I have a (Valley industry- Class4) trialer hitch on my 97' dakota... and i need to know if i take it off... will it fit onto my dads 02' dakota quad cab.??
He bought the hitch, he said i could have it but i told him a didnt need it. So if you guys could help me out with this lil situation, i'd appreciate any help you can give me. thanks alot in advance.

According to their website the hitch for your 97 (#81470) would be the same one for a 02 CC also.
BUT word of advice. If the hitch was previously mounted, DO NOT USE THE SAME BOLTS. Go out and buy new Grade 5 bolts and nuts (grade 8 would even be better). Torque bolts down also. http://www.valleyindustries.com has teh instructions for that hitch.
