hard shifting

i have a 2003 dodge dakota, maunal trans, it shifs into gear well when it is cold but after driving for 30 mins it is hard to shift into 1st gear. I have bled the cluch any thourghts?

You may try changing the fluid. There could easily be a problem with the clutch hydraulics too.
