What is the max weight towing capacity for a V6 2wd??

 

Would running a smaller rear tire diameter help out too?

 

I just bought my truck for 5,500 and mine didnt have any problems like that. I say dont buy it

 

Just FYI the gear indicator on the dash can be adjusted via a white thumb screw under the driver side dish about the OBD2 port. I had to do it on mine, takes all of 30 seconds of playing with it.

 

v6 and power should never be used in the same sentence

 

my 2001 factory manual,shows vin position 4 gross vehicle weight rating f= 4001-5000 lbs, g=5001-6000 lbs, h=6001-7000 lbs. it seems that the engine doesnt change the call out. it does not seam to show toeing weight.
