Unhappy Emissions Help

I recently purchased a 2001 Dodge Dakota Quadcab 4.7 4x4 5speed and I love it.
When I bought it the CEL was on and the seller told me it was a nothing code and it wouldn't give me a problem.

When I went to get my emissions done they pulled 3 codes:
P0031 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0132 02 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0135 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

I cleared the codes at this point.

I drove home and the CEL Came on again.

I assumed it was the O2 sensor in bank 1 sensor 1 that was bad so I decided to swap it with bank 2 sensor 1 in order to make sure it wasn't wiring.

After the swap I read the codes again. This time I got:
P0031 - Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0051 - Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0141 - 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0161 - 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2)

Now I have O2 heater problems on every O2 sensor. I decided to clear the codes one more time and see what would come up.

When the CEL came on again I read them and got:
P0141 - 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0161 - 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2)

This leads me to think it's more of a wiring/electrical issue than it is a O2 sensor issue. If anyone can shed some light on this problem I would really appreciate it. I'm going to check all the connections today and get the codes read one more time and I will update the post.

PS. I'm also getting the following codes on the last 2 scans (not the first):
P0442 Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (small leak)
P0455 Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (gross leak)

I'm pretty sure these are coming from the gas cap as I have filled up recently but I can't see how it could be a problem since the cap is very tight.

Thanks for any and all help!

no evap leak codes so gas cap isnt likely... Id replace the O2 sensors with direct fit units... no universals...lookin at about $150... If that doesnt fix your problem, start hunting for a new PCM...

I replaced my gas cap and it cleared the P0442.
