does anyone know what the stock hp/tq specs are for a 98/99 dakota with a auto 5.2L? I'm looking at getting a 98/99 and im just wondering what im starting out with. I also wanted some suggestions on first mods. Should I get for a sus. lift, wheels/tires and a exhaust(gibson?) or should i go with a body lift, s/c, and a exhaust? Also what exhaust companies do you guys and gals like, and do you have vids or sound clips. I went on exhaustsoundclips.com and it had one of a unspecified gibson exhaust on a 5.2L and it sounded sick. What companies are good, and what else would you suggest for first couple of mods? thanx for any help.

 

best first mods are always gonna be intake(k&n)and exhaust(flowmaster 40 or 50 series)premier truck on here has some really good options as well as performancecombos.com then go from there. you might also look at krcperformance.com they have alot of sick stuff for dakotas. hope it helps.
