Can you take fan clutch and fan off
I have read some post about people just completely taking off the fan and fan clutch and just having the stock electric fan on the radiator. I live in south Florida and that worries me a bit. Is this possible does it work with no issues? The reason I am asking is I think my fan clutch is shot and needs to be replaced

Yes. Like I told you in your previous thread, as long as you dont get stuck in stand still traffic for long periods of time you should be just fine. Again, I have mine in my car still just in case I need it. I lve in Omaha and we get weather in the 100s easily in the summer and I have never had a problem.

since you in in WPB, Florida is rough on cooling systems. Unless you do all interstate and never do stop & go, it's risky unless you upgrade to a higher cfm fan. I had to install an aftermarket cooling fan for my 1995 Grand Cherokee because running the A/C while driving around in Orlando/Apopka/Altamonte Springs, ran it up to 210 even as high as 215. Now, I can run the A/C all day with that fan and the gauge never goes above 180.

I would def. upgrade the electric fan but I don't know what to buy

This is what I'll be doing.. but I'm going with a different controller i can fine tune and adjust. And back to a 192 T-Stat once i have it. 180 burns too much fuel and has lack of power on my truck.
