Antifreeze leak Need Help

I have a 2001 dodge dakota sport 3.9L

I looked at the raditator hose and there was no leak there so i ran my car a couple times around the block to see if i can get the leak to start up and i parked my car in the garage and i was under the car and it started leaking from i dont even know. does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you

if its high miles , you could have a freeze plug leeking. or lots of other things.

check around the radiator... The plastic tanks on the side are natorious for leaking only when under pressure...

Rent a rad pressure tester and pressurize the rad and have a look. You may have to buy a bottle and a black light. Check the weep hole on the bottom on the water pump.

also check the heater hose going into the front of the block, on the water pump. There is a black tube that's bolted to the block with one bolt. Its sealed with a o-ring that drys out and under pressure it leaks. I just replaced mine that's how i know...

+1 on this, the pressure tester is the way to go, will make it a lot easier, and you don't have to work around scalding hot antifreeze
