Try tapping on the window motor with a small hammer. Do not tap it too hard. Operate the window switch, if the motor runs and moves the window up or down after you tap the motor with the hammer, the motor is bad. Check the regulator too though, the cables are known to break and cause the window to not move at all. If that is what happened you can unbolt the bottom edge of the window from the regulator and move it up by hand. I guess you could duct tape the window in place or somehow support it from inside the door cavity until you can fix the broken part(s). You probbaly have a bad motor if there is no evidence of a broken regulator cable. It is a fairly common problem.

The motor is bolted to the regulator. You have to remove the entire window regulator assembly first, then you can unbolt the motor from the regulator. To do the hammer test you should leave the regulator/motor assembly mounted in the door. Dodge does not sell the motor as a separate part, they only sell the entire regulator/motor as an assembly.

It is not hard to remove the regulator assembly. There are about 6 or 8 bolts holding it to the door. First unbolt the bottom edge of the window from the upper regulator track, slide the window all the way up by hand and duct tape it securely in place, you do not want it to fall on you while you are working in the door cavity. Unplug the motor, remove the bolts and collapse the regulator assembly inside the door cavity so you can work it out of the large opening in the door cavity to the right or left side of the door, depending on which door you are working on.

If the motor is bad but the regulator is OK (or the other way around) you might try Advance or some other parts store that sells Dorman brand replacement parts. I have read a few good reviews on the Dorman brand replacement window motors and regulator parts and parts stores do sell them separately from each other. Or you could take your chances on ebay or a junk yard part.
