Hi!
I just bought a Dakota -98 a while back
2.5L straight 4
5 speed manual
Rear Wheel Drive

it has started to behave pretty funny
completely random it dies
almost like it turns it self off
all temp gauges indicate well within limits

then I wait for a while different every time, at the most I have to wait for like 10 min and it's possible to start up again

My first thought was the fuel pump, but if that would stop working the truck shouldn't start again right? at least not drive as normal?

Any help would be great
