i went to start my truck 1999 dakota v8 318 turns over fuel pump engages seems to be getting fuel almost starts sputters and dies any suggestions

 

Is it showing any trouble codes?

 

How long did you crank on it? Also how cold does it get where your at? Mine had issues of not wanting to start last winter and found out that I had water in my fuel system so I out a bottle of heat in my gas tank and it fixed it.
