Default Lowered truck. How to raise it back up?

So the PO said he lowered the truck by putting blocks over the rear leafs and spring clamps in the font on the springs. He said it lowered the front and rear both 4 inches. Does this sound about rite? I know alot of ways to lift a vehicle but have never liked or had any interest in lowering one. So I have to get this vehicle back up so it doesnt look so gay.

Ask the P.O. if would undo or help you undo what he did to lower it , or do it yourself , from your description sounds like all you have to do is take out the clamps on the front springs as they are most likely bolted in and then remove the blocks from the rear axel /spring perches and bolt the axel back down - probably will need stock length U bolts to do this part as the lowering U bolts are pretty long .
