Default vacuum help 2000 3.9

Hey guys I'm chasing an evap code. So I decided to check my vacuum line and I am a bit puzzled. I have a 00 3.9 and my vacuum diagram under the hood doesn't match what my car has. What I mean is for 1 my pcv is on the passenger side instead of driver side. Also I have 2 manifold sources on the passenger side and 1 on the driver side. It doesn't seem to match at all. The diagram shows one connection next to the pcv(on the driver side), for it to connect to the manifold. However since mine is in the opposite side I have 2 connections, as of right now its for the pcv and the cruise control. On the driver side the only manifold source I have goes to the brake booster.

I will post pics when I can.I guess the simplest way to describe the is just the diagram is backwards. I have 2 manifold vacuum sources on the passenger side not on the driver side like the diagram says. Pcv is on passenger side instead of driver side.
Has anyone else had this problem? Before anyone asks about a different hood, the sticker is for a 2000 3.9 cali.

Any ideas?

It's a factory screw up. '00 was the year for the change so you have a '96-'99 sticker on a '00 truck. Now that you know that everything is reversed the hard part is over.

So what's the factory screw up, the sticker?

Well I guess it doesn't matter, for a minte I thought I ought a used truck with an engine swap or something. Anyone knows where the vin on the block is?

Anyway accompaning the evap code is a misfire. This is more weird stuff.

When I got the code it was the evap code, which I forgot. But pepboys pulled a code p0355 a misfire code. Is there any reason the pcm would switch codes?

I also hear a spray can rattle sound so I'm assuming its pinging pretty bad sounds like its from driver side rear which would match a cylinder 5 misfire code assuming cyl 1 is in front driver side.

If I combine the two and some research I read about the upper plenum gasket problem. I remember reading a simple way to check is looking down the throttle body for oil. Can anyone eleborate? Is it suppose to be super clean because there is oil there but I thought a truck with 147k it might be normal.
