So im hauling a UHAUL trailer to the house to start my move. Pull into a gas station to buy gas... Start it up to head home... loud knock in engine compartment. Isolated the noise to the driver side bank engine block. Im thinking either rod connecting pin or bearing trying to crap out. Pulling pan on monday. Chrysler screwed us with the pan basket gaskets... Totally destroyed it trying to seperate it from the pan... Re-usable my @$$... If im lucky and its either of those them I think we've caught it before it did any perminent damage and can change out the components from the bottom without having to pull the motor... Worse case is $1750 for a reman. LKQ motor with 3 year 100k warrenty...
