Question True duals make better flow on 4.7?

Afternoon all! I've been comtemplating getting true duals but as I live in St. Louis county which has emissions this would make it difficult to make any true exhaust modifications. So I was wondering if anyone has done this and does it really make much difference performance or even milage wise? I know you want to keep some back pressure for low end torque and that this would be a custom job and not a bolton. I may still go CAT back but I am yet doing necessary research. I don't recall at the moment but one memeber bought a system from MBS (mandrel bending solutions) that was stainless. The youtube videos were awesome! Thanks for any imput, I get great ideas and info on the forum here. Thanks.
