So i've been pondering this idea for awhile now since my lift kit will be on with in a week. im considering grabbing a pair of these mirrors, i think it would look pretty b.a. not sure what you guys think of the idea. i wish someone else would have tried this because i cant find any links of anybody actually doing this on a dakota. im pretty sure they'll fit because i have a pair of 2nd gen ram mirrors on mine, and people are throwing these mirrors from the 3rd gen rams onto their trucks.

so the question is what do you guys think, i sure think it would set me apart from the rest of the dakota's!

 

Thats actually 2nd gen ram lol but I know on our 3gen ram the mirrors are actually pretty big. So they might look weird on a small dakota.

 

lol duh its a ram. i was referring to the fact that i have ram mirrors on mine or at least the same ones ive seen on other 2nd gen rams. so i was thinking they should be interchangeable. i dunno i think it would be a cool look, but size wise i think you might be right unfortunately... too bad nobody has done this, i dont want to be the test rat and be out $200 lol

 

I have saw them go for 50-75.00 on my local craigslist.

 

I think they would look way too big but that's just me. They stick out a lot further which would make them look kind of funny on a Dakota.

 

Im gonna measure the ram's later on tonight and see how much bigger just to get a idea. I know even on the ram they look pretty big lol
