Not to beat a dead horse but, I agree, a pipe is a pipe as long as it's the proper size/diameter, it fits the filter and the engine intake connector. The pipe bends as far as where the filter connects and where it's going to reside under the hood, of course, is crucial. Other than that the only thing to be concerned with is the actual filter.
As long as you get the appropriate filter for your truck/engine size and it seals properly, you're set!

Check kijiji as well bpark, its the same type of thing as craigslist but just another site. I've found some amazing deals on it, you might get lucky and find it on there. Have you posted an ad as well? I found my winter tires , 4 235's with pretty full tread for $100 on there.
