I need to replace my front bumper (2001 Dakota Sport) and the closest bumper I found to fit is from a 2002 Durango. Will this bumper fit on my Dakota? Thanks in advance! Got clipped by an old-timer, luckily no one got hurt!

 

As long as the one off the Durango is a one piece bumper, then yeah it should be a direct fit. I'm pretty sure I bought my replacement bumper cover from Rock Auto, and then I found some guy online who refurbishes the supports and bought it from him for cheap.

 

I was going to fix it myself, but parts alone have exceeded the deductible. There is some damage to the suspension too and the motor mount is broken. I appreciate you getting back to me, but now it is the repair shop's problem.
