Exclamation Alternator DIY??

I have a 2003 Dodge Dakota 4.7L, my alternator just went on me. I've been trying to find a Alternator DIY on the forum & all over Google and can not find one at all. Does anyone have a Alternator "DIY" on how to change the Alternator?? Reply asap. Thanks!

2 bolts, a bracket, and I believe 2-4 wires and maybe a snap on connector, worst part is the serpentine belt. If you got a socket set, and a hour of time go for it. Less if your mechanically inclined. Its fairly easy.

Pretty much what greg said. Pick up a haynes manual for your truck and it will come in very handy. Most places charge about 15.00 for one

Just like said DIY, easy change. Be careful of the electrical connector clips because some chemicals used to keep things clean over the years are hard on plastic's.
