sorry bout the jackin. im on my 3rd rack, every time mine would do the easy then hard thing while turning it was time to replace the rack. just my experiance with that feeling. soon after the 2nd rack my ps pump took a crap.

 

how come your on your third rack? and do you mean Rack and Pinion Complete Unit?

 

yes, the first 2 were under warrenty, not the third though. i dont know why, the dealer didnt have a good answer for me either, they said my pump may have had to much pressure and ruined the seals... or something like that.
