Follow the instructions for the reman RP

I suggest flushing the system out with a seafoam product I think it’s called trans tune before you install the RP.

Look at the bushings see if they may need replacing.

 

have you done one? mabe some tech pointers

 

Nice day today so I jumped ahead and pulled the rack off. Wow, pretty easy overall, just needed a big dang wrench for the large bolts that hold it onto the frame. Waiting on the UPS guy to deliver my rebuilt one.
Put on some new front pads as long as its up in the air with the wheel off.
Hmmm. what else can I mess with?
