Default I thought about another goodbye

I thought about selling my truck till I Took the dak on 50 some miles of roads like this, then hit some hunting trails! Pretty sketchy at times with a 2wd! Had to get out and push while my girlfriend hit the gas once haha. More reasons why I'll keep my dak till the motor dies, then I'll probably get another motor

Talk about sketchy in a 2wd... Last weekend I got my snowmobile stuck in a corn field and decided I should drive my truck out there to tow it back. My truck was the one that wound up needing to be towed back. Lol so I got mine stuck, then had to get the big ole Ford and pull mine out.

I had a moment like this right before I got rid of my truck. I was just driving around on some back roads earlier in the day in a car and I had to take the route again but this time I had my truck and it just wasn't the same. I have no idea what it is but there is just something about a truck that makes it more enjoyable/exciting. At that moment I realized that I really wouldn't be happy with a car and that I would need another truck. Trucks are just more fun!

I'm considering a winch set up. Pretty sure I can get a free 1 ton winch from a friend, not sure how I wanna mount it so it doesn't look stupid. I use my truck as a truck a lot(often when 4x4 is probably needed) but I dint have the money for a 4x4 And this dak runs way too good to get rid of.

Yeah, I will say a winch would be nice but I don't think I could justify the cost of one. But if you can get a free one, go for it!

Amen to that ramguy....add about 4 inches of thick red clay and make the ditches a little deeper and you have where i hunt every year. I have a 4wd, MTs and a winch and i question some paths i go down. I love it though especially when you get out after you went through some crap and wonder how you made it. Keep on truckin brotha
