Default 02 sensor problems

Got a p0136 code so I replace the rear drivers side sensor and unhooked battery. Code came back as soon as I started the truck, so I swapped around the 3 02 sensors that I have and same code every time. Any ideas?

Perhaps the wiring, wiring harness, or cicuitry going to the sensor is bad...?

Check the condition of the electical parts and then see if you get any kind of load, when you turn the key on with a voltmeter.

Voltmeter is a good idea. Tracing those wires will be a pain!
