Does anybody have one of those Roof racks or Cargo racks on their truck. I am interested in putting one on my hard top Bed cover. I also want to make my bed cover open upward instead of from the rear. I want my bed cover to open straight up with some sort of hinges and shocks of some sort and want to have an idea about how heavy duty i need to make the hinges and or shocks. I also intend to eventually mount the spare tire on the cargo rack on top of the bed cover so any weight specs on the racks would be greatly appreciated.

i intend on putting a tool box under it thats flush with the top of the bed that way its under the cover still. thanks for the imput if any
