Default New Dakota Owner with Transmission Issues

I just bought an 02 Dak 4.7l 4x4 auto, the transmission is giving me some issues and I have the CEL on. When in drive the transmission doesn't want to shift up from 1st unless high in the rpm range and if I goose the throttle it's like it shifts to neutral and free revs. If I shift to second manualy the truck drives and runs normal, taking off from a stop is great threw first it shifts at the right rpm and if I goose it there is no slipping/shift to neutral.

I ran the codes and got 732,731,876, and 0051 cleared the codes and rescanned immediately and more codes popped up 732,731,876,841,846. I cleared them again and rescanned immediately this time got 0732,0731,876,155. So I cleared them again disconnected the battery and held the ignition switch forward for 30 sec and went for a drive noting the conditions above. This time I ran the codes again and got 051,155,841,733,732.

So what is causing codes 876,841, and 846?

Thanks,

Scott

I installed a new pan filter and a new twist on filter, the plastic adapter that threads into the filter had striped out. I can feel the transmission engage when I sift into gear not but I can not figure out how to clear the codes and I am still having an upshift out of 1st while in drive. If I shift into 2nd it will slam into 2nd and if i try to down shift into 1st it will not go into first even if I bring the truck to a stop.

When I check the codes with my code reader while driving they keep changing they are p0731 p0732 p0841 p0846 p0876
