Default Dakota ABS light reset

I have a 1999 Dodge Dakota R/T with an ABS light on & brake light.I have tried to reset the light by taking the ground off, which did not work.I tried disconnecting the module cables. This did not works either.Does anyone know short of asking a dealer to reset the light any other way.
Thanks Carlton

These lights come on when you need to change your front brake pads because worn brake pads cause the fluid level to drop. It has always reset on my 2003 dakota after changing the brakes. ( you probaly already know that but for those that don't)

When I had that same problem, it was my abs module that was bad. It had a burnt spot on the circuit board. Some are repairable, mine wasn't.
