i have a 2001 dakota. i have to park in the street. so to keep the tire from banging the curb, i put a curb feeler to scrap the crub. seams to work. so you can say you know someone that lives in the past.

hey,.. It's NOT a bad idea.
Many-a-time I've scrubbed the curb also!
And, every time I wished I had those things!
Funny, you used to see those as a after-market
part on almost all the cars.

the thing is most curb feelers are made for cars. your truck is taller so you will need extentions. get the one with two feelers one each bracket. and you will need to get a mending plate that is 3 inches long, to extend the feeler. and some machine screws. ill go out on the internet and find the one to use and come back and report the curb feeler to get. http://www.thehotrodgirl.com/curbfeelers.html get the first one, its $14.99
